Warbringer Farming!

So a large part of yesterday and the day before I spent with a guildie looking for and farming Zandalari Warbringers. (Picture borrowed from Wowhead because I forget to get one when it's alive :p)

Now these guys, like the Zandalari Warscout, drop rep tokens for the Mists Factions - Stolen Celestial Insignia, Stolen Klaxxi Insignia, Stolen Golden Lotus Insignia or Stolen Shado-Pan Insignia a Small Bag of Zandalari Supplies or a Big Bag of Zandalari Supplies.

They also have a chance to drop one of three mounts! 

Reins of the Slate Primordial Direhorn
Reins of the Jade Primordial Direhorn
Reins of the Amber Primordial Direhorn

Suffice to say, the drop rate on the mounts is rather low! And as per Sod's Law, if you are maxed with a faction already, you will notice the drop rate of those particular tokens increase. These aren't wasted however as all the rep tokens are Bound to Battle.net Account so you can send them to an alt!

So yesterday, this was my view for a lot of the day, apart from the times when I got left at one spawn point when he went to check another:

Despite hearing of hunters being able to solo it, I am no where near capable enough of this when it comes to the Warbringers, Scouts I can solo easily!

So Buv got all the rep tokens as I was already exalted with the factions and he still needed them, and we split the mats between us.

In all over the last few days we have probably killed around 12 Warbringers, possibly more. Out of all these kills, one of them dropped a mount, and I got it! :D

So, I've managed to spend some quality time on the hunter that isn't related to a raid, and got a shiny mount to boot ^^
