I do have a monk! She is even level 90.
Sofinja (name is a cross between Sofia and Ninja, yes, I know, its rubbish xD), is also my tailor on Draenor.
She was originally made as the guild was short a troll monk for the Classy Trolls achieve, so I said I would make one. I did enjoy levelling her up to 90, but I don't really fancy playing her anymore.
She does get dusted off every few days when I remember about my tailoring cooldown, and she has had some very nice gear from the Timeless Isle over the last few days. I don't know why but we don't click as much as we used to.
So even though she is a little bit dusty, I do still appreciate my monk :)
I might even give healing a go!

Alt Appreciation #Mageweek
Mages are a bit like Marmite I've decided, you either love them, or you hate them.
I tried a few mages over the years, and just couldn't get on with them. I'd tried a few things and just found them to be very mana unfriendly and would give up on them and delete them.
Then someone told me try levelling as frost - what a revelation! I could actually get on with it again, however I still soon grew bored with it after levelling a Draenei mage to the mid 30s.
At the time, she was called Vandrasi, and I had only chosen Draenei as my favourite race, Night Elf, were not able to be mages. Before I re-rolled horde, I would have had every character as a Night Elf if I could have.
Then with the announcement of Cataclysm we found that Night Elves could finally be mages! One of the first things I did was race change my mage to Night Elf, and funnily enough had no problems levelling her after that. ^^
She soon reached 85 and had her time in DS LFR same as the rest of the alts, and became my Scribe.
She is now a Panda, slowly working her way to 90!
She is currently level 87!
Towards the end of Cata, I rolled another mage, this time a human! She and I had a good run levelling quickly, and she became one of my three alchemists.
Here she is in her Theramore gear inspired transmog :)
Now as I have found in a few cases, I generally play a class better the second try round. Not sure if its the extra practice or already having the basics, but this mage caught my heart and has indeed reached 90 before my original mage. She is an alchemist and a JC, and also has maxed Archaeology and does all my pet battles!
Here she is now:
Her current transmog is definitely a work in progress!
Katrynn is level 90 and primarily goes around in Frost Spec (pet classes ftw!).
She is also possibly my second best geared character!
I do also have a third mage! My baby horde mage of level 70, back on my home server of Steamwheedle Cartel. I recently felt the urge to play her again, so requested her to be "un-deleted". So she is currently naked!
Here is how she looked while I was playing her though:
(Come on, we all know on finding these empty coffins while levelling, you would all do this too!)
So yes, while I love my hunters, I also have a thing for mages it seems ^^

Alt Appreciation #Druidweek
Okay, so I'm fashionably late joining in on this (yes yes, I'm a slacker ^^)
As you have no doubt noticed, I do have rather a lot of alts. I love learning how to play a class and trying to figure out how other classes work too.
That's when I read everyone else joining on on Alt Appreciation, an idea started by Laeleiweyn over at World of Lae.
I currently have two druids - one on Alliance and one on Horde.
My Alliance druid is called Sofîa, here is a recent pic of her:
We have had many adventures together, with her being my "main" for most of the end of Wrath, the whole of Cataclysm and Mists up until the start of this year.
She is the character I ground out most of my reputations on, and collected all my mounts, and even completed Loremaster with her (most of which was before the Shattering prior to Cata, Kalimdor was reset as I was 7 quests short xD).
My druid started out early in Wrath as Aurallia:
I was so excited with her when she first learned each form!
First was bear, then cat:
She even looked great on her mount and in travel form!
As the years went on, we tried many different specs and outfits, and changed her name to match what everyone called me:
Then came Mists.
We went exploring and bought some shiny new things together! We even tried raiding but things didn't really feel the same.
And so, I decided to move to Horde.
I had made my horde druid quite a while earlier, in the middle of Cata I believe.
Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Shafîa:
Shafîa has had quite a varied life so far!
She started life on Steamwheedle Cartel. She was a member of The Drafia while I levelled her.
Then she got transferred to Khadgar for a change of pace on a busy-ish server, with a few friends who were making alts there too. Shafîa was the designated money and gear mule as a higher level, and set up a guild over there called Wanderers Abroad (as we were all members of the The Wanderers on Alliance SWC and these were only time killing alts!).
Suffice to say, we levelled a couple of chars to around level 30, and then didn't bother coming back.
While on Khadgar though, she did find some fun things ^^
Shortly after we stopped playing the alts on Khadgar, I moved her back to SWC and left her languishing in The Drafia.
Then at the start of the year I learned The Drafia were moving to Draenor, which was supposedly a lot busier, so I decided to move her with them and give it a try.
Apparently I was having such a good time I forgot to take any more screenshots of poor Shafîa, but I got her to 90, and started grinding a fair few of reps, intending to tank on her. I even started raiding on her before switching to the hunter.
She has seen some more love with the Battlefield:Barrns weekly, as you can no doubt tell from her first picture, and has slowly been building a resto set, as I haven't druid healed properly since Dragon Soul and I miss it ^^
So there you have it. Yes, I may have a lot more to say about one of my Druids than the other, but they are both very special to me and I appreciate them lots!

Normal Service Resuming Slowly!
As the title suggests, I'm slowly getting back in to the swing of things now the Warlock is levelled ^^
I'm remembering that Twitter exists, I'm catching up on blogs (though this Alt week thing confuses me, is it Druid week this week? How do I find where to catch up??), and I've started reading fan faction, of various kinds. I'm starting my own little story elsewhere but it has nothing to do with WoW and will likely end up being mature content so we shall see, exciting times!
More patch notes out today showing some lovely little buffs for hunters which give me a nice warm glow inside, even if I'm not entirely sure which of my alts will be vying for the most attention next patch. I'm still leaning towards the Hunter, but will definitely be doing some alt runs on the Lock.
The Drafia have merged a smaller guild in with us as well, so lots of exciting activity and business going on at the moment. We're actually doing our first proper raid tonight in ToT Normal so will be interesting to see how people mix! It's also my first proper raid since the group I was in before kind of drifted apart so I'm really looking forward to it.
Hopefully some of the Lock's recent loot luck will rub off on the Hunter!
Also, the European Closed Beta for Hearthstone is due soon :D I'm looking forward to the upcoming Twitter frenzy ^^ I've opted in so may even get to have a play around and see what it's like for myself ^^
